Here's what I'm currently working on (aside from what I'm wearing for Coronation):
the varigated pink socks are for ME! The gals in the Loopy Ladies knitting circle bought me two skeins of Koigu and told me that I had to make something for myself. So I am. It's a fairly simple pattern from Sensational Knitted Socks called Yarn Over Cable. I'm about ready to start the heel on that one.

y friend Jane. They are called Stars & Moon Socks, and I chose the pattern because the phases of the moon make me think of her. They are extremely thick, so she won't need them until next January, which is probably about when I'll get them done. I've gotten hooked on those darned felted purses, and have four planned before Christmas.

The Stars and Moon socks are beautiful! What pattern is this? I would love to knit a pair. I love your blog and your sewing is gorgeous!
